Delete your account and data
You can ask us to permanently delete your WikiRide account and the rider data linked to it. Requests are verified against the email or phone number on the account and completed within 30 days.
Request deletion
Send us a deletion request from the email address on your account. The link below opens a pre-filled message.

Delete from the app
- 1Open the WikiRide app and go to Profile.
- 2Tap Settings, then Privacy & Account.
- 3Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
What gets deleted
- Your rider profile, photo, badges, XP and rank
- Your garage: bikes, specs, service records and documents
- Ride history, planned rides and club memberships
- Marketplace listings, favourites and offers
- Direct messages you sent to other riders
- Verification documents used for the blue checkmark
What we may keep, and for how long
- Transaction and dispute records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you
- Safety or abuse reports where retention is required to protect other riders
Anything we are required to retain is kept only for as long as the law requires, then deleted. Deletion is permanent — accounts cannot be restored once processed.
